Welcome

Nestled in the heart of the East Devon village of Luppitt, approximately 5 miles from the market town of Honiton. We are a traditional farmhouse drinking pub, serving the local community for several generations. Deeply rooted in history and rural life, we offer a place to gather, relax, and enjoy a warm friendly atmosphere, alongside local brewed beer (other drinks available).

About Us

Mary Wright was the previous landlady, until 2020, when she was 98. Now her granddaughter and husband have taken on the reins and reopened the Luppitt Inn on March 2025. Although some much needed building repairs had to be done, the unique character of this historic pub has been kept, making it much more than just 'one of the countries smallest working pubs'!
